At Official HSRP, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and secure experience when you book your HSRP online. Our team works diligently to process each order accurately and efficiently. However, in rare cases where issues arise, we offer a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following condition:

If your HSRP number plate is not delivered within 28 days of successful booking, you are eligible to apply for a refund.

Refunds will only be considered if the HSRP plate has not been delivered. Once the plate has been produced or dispatched, refund requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you notice an error in your booking details (such as registration number, vehicle type, etc.), you must:

Contact us within 4 hours of placing the order.

Reach us via WhatsApp or email with the subject line “HSRP Cancellation Request.”

After 4 hours, no cancellations will be accepted, and the booking will be processed as submitted.

How to Apply for a Refund

To apply for a refund:

  1. Ensure that 28 days have passed since your booking and you have not received the HSRP plate.
  2. Send a refund request via email or WhatsApp, including:
    • Order ID
    • Vehicle Registration Number
    • Proof of Payment or Receipt

Your refund request will be reviewed by our support team.

Refund Timeline

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be initiated within 21 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Please allow up to 7 additional days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

No Refunds in the Following Cases

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be initiated within 21 business days from the date of approval.

  • Incorrect booking details not reported within 4 hours
  • Delays due to user unavailability for delivery or appointment
  • Duplicate bookings made by mistake
  • If the HSRP has already been dispatched or installed
